How to Enrol


The course runs within an academic year starting in September.  It is however possible to join the cohort late but this does make the course much more difficult to complete.  If you wish to join after September please contact us to discuss your options.

To Enrol:

  Complete the Registration Form and return it to the address provided.
You will also have to complete a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which will have to be signed by your head teacher (teachers) or line manager (community nurses).  This document is required BEFORE you embark on the course.
