Submit a Case Study


Some tips are listed below to help you write your case study, you may wish the pupils involved to write or contribute to this.  Don’t worry about formatting the case study to look like the ones on the website, we will do this for you, simply use a word document.  Please send your case studies including photographs (ensuring parental permission) to:

healthy.schools@derbyshirecountypct.nhs.uk


Helpful Hints:

• Begin with a summary of the project, enticing people to read on.
• Explain your aims and learning objectives; what you set out to do?
• Describe your method; what happened and how did you do it?
• Illustrate your results; what impact did the project have? Did it achieve what you set out to do? If the project is still ongoing, what has it achieved so far?
• Express what people thought of the project with quotes.
• Include the date (month/season and year) that the project ran to or the date of the case study’s submission. 
• Include the name of the person to contact in your schools and their details, so that if another school is interested in running something similar they can find out more information. 
• Include photographs, ensuring parental permission.
