• If your area wishes to be involved in ACES & PACES then please initially e-mail the UK co-ordinator to register your involvement: healthy.schools@derbyshirecountypct.nhs.uk

• Each area can decide how to organise their own ACES & PACES events.

• However, each area should ideally collect details of the numbers of schools and the number of pupils participating in ACES & PACES each year. 

• Each area can decide to issue schools with a manual or not –this is not a requirement.

• If a manual is to be sent to schools, then it will need to be changed to reflect the needs of the area – e.g. remove the specific Derbyshire references.

• Each area co-ordinator will be e-mailed by the UK co-ordinator once a month from January onwards to collect current information on numbers – this can then be used for national press releases.

• Feedback forms can either be sent to the area co-ordinator OR to the UK co-ordinator.

• It would be useful to have information on any innovative approaches to the ACES event and/or any good news stories etc for collation into a final UK report to send to the overall organiser.
