Late or damaged items

Unfortunately, it has been necessary to implement a fine system for items not returned on time, or returned damaged.

Charges for overdue resources:

1 - 7 days                                             £1.00 (inclusive)
Additional weeks or parts thereof            £1.50 per week

Damaged resources (due to neglect)       Full replacement price
Lost resources                                      Full replacement price

Items loaned to you remain your responsibility and must not be passed on to a 3rd Party.  However if you choose to ignore this advice and pass resources on you will still be responsible for any loss/damage that may occur.

Items booked prior to a fine/charge incurred cannot be honoured until payment has been made in full.  Failure to pay the fine will result in your membership being withdrawn.

If you have any problems returning the resources on time to us, please let us know on, or before the return date.  The resource may then be extended providing another member has not booked it.
